CRUSH30
Our signature 30-minute circuit class is a combination of scalable Cardio, Resistance, Unrestricted Strength and HIIT Training (CRUSH). You will build muscle, torch calories, and leave feeling accomplished in only 30 minutes!
CRUSH45
Our Signature 45-minute class is a combination of scalable Cardio, Resistance, Unrestricted Strength and HIIT Training (CRUSH). We offer longer station times to build and burn, and you will leave feeling like a true Girl Boss!
TabHOTTA
Our 45-minute Tabata Tuesday circuits consist of a fun format that everyone loves (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest). This HIIT class is a total burner and will have your muscles on fire! Tabata makes ya HOTTA!
Girl Power!
Girl Power! is a 45-minute class tailored to educate, train, and progress you safely through foundational strength movements. You will have hands on experience with barbells and weightlifting while focusing on functional bodybuilding progressions to gain strength, even out imbalances, improve your form, and fall in love with strength training. Let’s get STRONG!
