Tre, Trainer
I was born and raised in New Orleans, married my high school sweetheart, and we have one daughter. In my youth, I enjoyed the activity and team camaraderie in the various sports in which I participated. I found a love for soccer and still play in leagues throughout the city.
I have been a member of Girl Crush from the first day they opened their doors. I became a certified trainer in order to be able to not only work out alongside some amazing women, but also to help them reach their full potential. Being a part of the Girl Crush community allows me to continue my love for the team atmosphere. I am able to stay active and help each member as they work towards attaining their goals. I am grateful to be a trainer as well as a member of such an uplifting community!
I run a daycare center and try to stay as active as possible in between running a business and taking care of my family. I really enjoy being in the gym and working with many different fitness levels!
